Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the SeedWise AgroSaathi app collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is a work tool for the sales and field teams of Seedwise Technologies ("we", "us"). Accounts are created by your company administrator. The app is not meant for the general public or for children.
Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, videos, audio, files, health information or advertising ID. We do not use the app for advertising and we do not sell your information.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to provide the app to you and your company, to keep accounts secure, and to maintain business records. It is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Other users in your company can see the records they are allowed to see under your company's roles and territories (for example, your manager can see the orders and visits you log).
Retention and deletion
Your account and personal details are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing us. See how to delete your account. When we delete an account, your name, email, phone number, work-zone location, device details and notifications are removed. Orders, approvals, visit records and collection records that you created are business records of the company: they are kept, but no longer linked to you.
Security
We use access controls so that each person sees only the records for their role and territory, and encrypted connections between the app and our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password and M-PIN private and tell your administrator if you lose your device.
Your choices and rights
- You can refuse the location permission, but the app needs it to log visits and orders in your territory.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to the email address below.
- You can request deletion of your account in the app (Profile, then Delete my account) or by email.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
