Delete your account
Option 1: request it in the app
- Open SeedWise AgroSaathi and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account, then Send request.
This sends a deletion request to our admin team. We delete your account and personal details within [30] days of your request.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you can no longer open the app, email support@aitomate.cloud from your work email address with the subject "Delete my AgroSaathi account", and give your full name. We will confirm and delete the account within [30] days.
What is deleted and what is kept

Orders, approvals, visit notes, collection records and calendar entries you created. They are business records of the company, so they stay, but they are no longer linked to your name or account. |
Deleting an account cannot be undone. Until we process your request your account stays active.
